2026 Precinct and County Conventions

Important information for all Bastrop County Republican voters about the 2026 convention process.

Precinct Convention

Date: Saturday, March 7, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Family Worship Center, 2425 FM 1704, Elgin, TX 78621

The Precinct Convention is your opportunity to participate in the grassroots Republican process. All registered Republicans who voted in the Republican Primary are eligible to attend their precinct convention.

County Convention

Date: Saturday, March 28, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: Family Worship Center, 2425 FM 1704, Elgin, TX 78621

Delegates elected at the Precinct Convention will gather for the County Convention to adopt resolutions and elect delegates to the State Convention.
